It is true! Shelby wants me, but only at a distance.
Today, I went on the 6th grade field trip to Science City. As soon as I arrived at school, I was told that the parents were riding in the front of the bus together. In other words, she was not going to sit by me. I am truly blessed that she still wants me as many of the kids don't even want their parents around. At least she wants us in "her terms".
Thanks for letting me go, Shelby. I love you!

It's hard when they push you away, but I am glad both of the girls wants us there (but at a distance!). I am glad you were able to go with Shelby and make memories that you will share.
